No, but the 30-day pilot is functionally a free tier with everything unlocked. We delete your data on day 30 if you don't convert. No credit card required to start.
Your dashboard keeps working — we never disable an over-cap account silently. We'll email you, and you can either upgrade to Pro at the next billing cycle or we'll pause new ingestion until you do. No surprise charges.
Switch from your in-app billing page (Settings → Billing → Manage in Stripe). The 15% discount applies immediately to your next renewal.
Yes. Cancel from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but we never auto-renew without warning. Annual plans cancel for the next year, not the current one.

All major credit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH or wire transfer against an invoice. We don't accept crypto or checks.
