Full Professional-tier access for 30 days. No payment required up front — you choose your plan and contract terms at the end of the pilot if you want to continue. If you don't, we delete your data on day 30. The goal is for you to prove the value before you put in a PO.
Your dashboard keeps working — we never disable an over-cap account silently. We'll email you, and you can upgrade to Professional at your next billing cycle (or earlier with a prorated invoice). No surprise charges.
Yes — most customers prefer annual for budgeting and procurement reasons. Talk to us about volume pricing; the published monthly rate is the upper bound.
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period. Annual plans honor the remaining term but don't auto-renew without a written renewal. We export your data on request — no lock-in.
ACH, wire transfer, or invoice against a PO. We don't offer self-service credit-card checkout — all plans are sold through procurement so your finance team can use the payment method they already have set up. Most customers pay annually after countersigning the MSA.
Yes. Our standard MSA, DPA (EU SCCs incorporated), and a pre-completed CAIQ-Lite are available on request. Custom MSA review and longer questionnaires (SIG-Lite, CSA STAR) are included on Enterprise.
